An oasis in the Texas Hill country just an hour from Austin, Lake LBJ is one of the few “contact level” lakes in Texas. So it isn’t officially constant level but it’s been managed as such since it was created in 1950. With hundreds of vacation rentals and real estate listings around the lake Lake LBJ is an great tourist and weekender destination. We are very excited to have secured this domain and launched the new LakeLBJ.com!
We also want to welcome Lake Grapevine, one of the most popular recreation lakes in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. While there aren’t a ton of waterfront vacation rentals and real estate listings there are three fabulous marinas that offer a ton of watercraft rentals and outdoor events. There are also a handful of good recreation areas, hiking trails and campgrounds. If you live in the DFW area then you’ve got to visit Lake Grapevine.
